Jennifer Garcia is a Brooklyn based Matrimonial and Family law attorney practicing in Brooklyn/Kings, Queens, New York and Staten Island/Richmond counties. For the last five years, Jennifer has dedicated herself to solely working with matrimonial and family law clients. Through her previous employment at one of New York’s busiest matrimonial firms, Jennifer successfully handled contested and uncontested divorces, publication divorces, annulments, separation agreements, and name changes.

Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Arts from New York University, and went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School. While studying in Albany, Jennifer had the opportunity to appear in Family Court representing victims of domestic violence in child custody, visitation, and family offense proceedings through the Family Violence Litigation Clinic.
